We Communicate
We speak your language and let you know the most important items we find.
Having a home inspection done by a professional before buying or selling a home is a necessary step to expose any unknown defects of the property.
The inspection covers: exterior, structure, insulation, venting, moisture, mechanical systems, utilities, living spaces, and garages. This inspection is a non-invasive visual analysis of each unit that I am given access to.
Ensure your commercial property meets the building and safety standards. Having your commercial property inspected will help determine and expose any potential issues and concerns that may affect your property’s value.
Radon is the 2nd leading cause of lung cancer in the US. Make sure you and your family are protected by getting your property inspected.
I have been a licensed home inspector in the state of Oregon for over 20 years. Before becoming a Home Inspector, I started my own construction company, Baxter Construction, in North Bend, Oregon in 1975. We built residential homes, multi-units buildings and also did some remodeling of older homes.
Having also been a licensed Real Estate Agent for 6 years, it seemed the obvious next step would be to become a Home Inspector. Having been an agent, I learned what the agents, needed and expected from a Home Inspection. I have a background of building and real estate from the ground up. There is no substitute for actual, real life experience.
Everyone involved, especially the buyers and sellers need to understand and know the condition of the property. Throughout our experiences, we have found it is imperative to communicate and work directly with the client to ensure they understand what is actually inspected and what is not.
